Issues are terribly named. Not sure if Autodesk just wanted to keep Issues from a BIM 360/programming standpoint, but PlanGrid called them Tasks (also not the best). I don’t have the answer, I can only tell you it causes confusion in usage and training. If you have ideas, share them!
